Most effective method is the operative removal of bile bag by laparoscopic method. Laparoscopic operation is a minimally invasive method of surgery and today is commonly applied method of gallbladder surgery. It is a method that is performed under general anesthesia where on the abdominal wall there is no classic cut as in the past of 10 or more centimeters, but it is surgery, as patients often say, of "four holes in the abdomen”, through which the surgery is performed. Today, 90% of performed surgeries are laparoscopic gallbladder surgeries.
